Introducing Gregg Kita, the forward-thinking Co-Owner and CEO of RGEAR. A proud UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research, Gregg has a career spanning over thirty years. He has made a name for himself as a pioneer in audio for large-cast reality television shows, where his analytical mind and problem-solving prowess have established him as a true industry trailblazer.

Gregg's work has taken him across the globe, contributing to the launch of some of the most successful reality TV shows in history, including The Bachelor/Bachelorette, The Apprentice, Junkyard Wars, and Fear Factor. He has also collaborated with Robin Leach on the Food Network's Gourmet Getaways.
